As a prior contractor, for over 20 years, I built both Luxury Homes and Light Industrial in Colorado and Scottsdale. As owner, I managed all phases of operations, from site acquisition & development, estimates, contracts, design, site layouts, permitting, and scheduling.

During my years as a general contractor I personally did everything from site layouts, running excavation equipment to dig foundations and utilities, pour concrete footing and slabs, layout and frame homes, and finish work, including trim, cabinets and countertops, so I understand construction sites from start to finish.

That’s hard to say because every job has different needs, accessibility, and restrictions. It’s very important to meet on site and review what your goal is, and how it can be accomplished in the most cost-efficient way. Our minimum daily charge start at $1,500.

For homeowners, I do show the typical costs for doing DIY gravel work on a driveway here. It shows the standard rental costs for someone who is trying to do it themselves so you can get some ballpark ideas!
