I was a Luxury Home and Light Industrial Builder in Colorado and Scottsdale from 1977-2000. As owner, I managed all phases, from contracts, design, site layouts, permit submittals, and scheduling to sales and operations management.

Before starting my own firm I worked a few years for my dad doing everything from running excavation equipment to dig foundations and utilities, pour concrete footing and slabs, layout and frame homes, and did finish work (trim, cabinets and countertops), so I did everything from start to finish.
