Drainage & French Drains
Water problems are expensive to fix after construction. We excavate and grade drainage corrections, French drains, and swales to move water away from structures before it becomes someone else’s problem.
Lot Clearing & Organics
Clearing native vegetation, scraping organics, and stripping topsoil on buildable lots. Whether you’re prepping for a pad or clearing brush for a structure, we get the site ready for what’s next.
Driveway Excavation & Grade
Cut and grade your driveway approach, haul if needed, and set the base for DG or gravel. Acreage lots and hillside driveways are our wheelhouse — we know desert terrain.
Backfill & Compaction
Backfill after footings, utility installs, or structural work. Proper lift thickness and moisture conditioning — not just pushing dirt back in a hole. The trades behind you will notice the difference.
Accessory Structure Pads
Shops, barns, casitas, guest houses, and equipment storage. If it needs a graded pad with proper drainage and compaction, we can quote it. Smaller than a full house pad — faster to schedule, faster to complete.

You get a written scope and price. A 60% deposit secures your date on the schedule — typically 2–4 weeks out depending on availability.
Mark Shows Up & Gets It Done
Same guy you talked to is running the machine. Balance due the day work is completed. Clean site, straight trenches, no callbacks needed.

Before You Call
What’s the minimum job size?
One full day minimum. Between mobilization, setup, and the nature of most excavation work, half-day jobs don’t work well for either party. If your scope looks like less than a full day, call and describe it — sometimes jobs are larger than they appear from the street.
Do you do pool excavation?
No. Pool excavation is handled by pool companies and dedicated pool excavators who do nothing else. That’s not AccuDirt’s focus. We work on the site prep, utility trenching, and drainage work that happens around a pool project.
How far out are you scheduling?
Typically 2–4 weeks from deposit to start date, depending on current workload. If you’re on a tighter timeline, call and ask — sometimes there’s a gap in the schedule.
Do I need to call 811 before you start?
Yes, absolutely. Arizona 811 locates are required before any excavation work. Call 811 at least 3 business days before the scheduled start date. It’s free and protects everyone. We’ll remind you when scheduling.
How does pricing work?
Every job is assessed on-site before quoting — soil conditions, access, dig depth, and scope all affect the price. There’s no published rate sheet because no two jobs are the same. Call, describe your project, and Mark will set up a site visit.
