I’ve been around construction for many years as a CO & AZ General Contractor from 1977-2000.

I started with a 180 acre planned unit townhome development in the Colorado Rockies, did land development, site planning, and built multi-million dollar custom homes and light industrial in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, AZ.
After leaving the luxury home world, I started a small trucking firm hauling flatbed and oversized equipment for 7 years but decided I no longer wanted to be on the road and away from home.
Being “semi-retired” I realized I was happiest when I was doing the site work and excavation with skid steers and excavators to clear lots, dig basements & foundations, install utilities, and do the site grading.
When it comes to residential, industrial and commercial, there’s not much I haven’t done over the last 40 years.
